Zinc

In development

Zinc is a modern, Rust-flavoured programming language that compiles to Z80 — bringing high-level ergonomics to ZX Spectrum Next and Z80 development, with FantASM as its assembler backend.

It’s in early development: the language is still taking shape, and nothing here is final yet.

Where it fits in the toolchain — write in Zinc → assemble with FantASMrun & debug in Bizmuth.

Check back as Zinc matures.
