Introducing Rookery

Rookery is a small new tool — a macOS menu-bar app that gives a self-hosted Gitea act_runner a permitted home on your Mac, working around macOS Sequoia’s Local Network Privacy restriction. It’s the little thing that keeps the CI runners for FantASM, Bizmuth and 0x1DE humming along.
