Bizmuth beta is here

The first public beta of Bizmuth (0.9.0-beta1) is available to download now.

Bizmuth is a cycle-accurate emulator of the whole Sinclair line — 16K, 48K, 128K, +2A, +3 and the ZX Spectrum Next — built for developers: the full Next core verified against the real Next FPGA, a live debugger you can drive over the ADP protocol, and conditional breakpoints with Rhai scripting.

Grab a build for macOS, Windows or Linux (AppImage, .deb or Arch package) from the Downloads page. To run Spectrum Next software you’ll also want the ready-to-run SD card image, and the classic ROM pack for the original Sinclair machines — both are there too.

New to it? The documentation covers everything from first boot to driving the debugger. This is a beta, so if you hit something odd I’d love to hear about it — come and say hello on the TwistedRaven Discord, where bug reports and feedback are what make the next build better.
