Release Notes
Each Bizmuth release has its own release notes: what a release breaks, adds and fixes, for deciding whether to upgrade.
The notes are published with the release’s downloads, and ship inside every package as RELEASE-NOTES.md:

The current release is 1.0.0-beta2. Its notes list each Breaking change first, including the save state format version; see Save States.
